1. Acceptance
By creating an Ibrandville account or using the simulation, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Ibrandville. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
2. Account Conduct
You are responsible for your account and for all activity under it. You agree not to share your credentials, impersonate others, harass or threaten other members, attempt to disrupt the simulation, or use automated systems to access Ibrandville outside of features we expressly provide.
3. Closed-Loop Currency
All in-game currency in Ibrandville is closed-loop. It has no monetary value outside the simulation. It cannot be converted to real money, withdrawn, or transferred between players. There is no cash-out, no exchange, and no secondary market, and you agree not to attempt to create one. Selling in-game currency, accounts, or assets for real money is prohibited.
4. Subscriptions
Resident and Sovereign are paid subscriptions billed monthly or annually, as selected. You are billed in advance for each period. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Fees are non-refundable for the current period except where required by law. The Founding Five Hundred is a one-time lifetime purchase and is non-refundable; it never expires.
5. Brand-Kit License
Brand kits generated and downloaded through Ibrandville are licensed to you for personal and commercial use within your own projects and branding. You may not resell the raw assets, redistribute them as standalone files, or claim them as the basis of a competing product. The full custom End-User License Agreement will be provided at Phase 3; until then, this section governs your use.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, clone, scrape, or copy Ibrandville's design, content, or generated assets; not to use the simulation for any unlawful purpose; and not to upload content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful. Club messages are subject to moderation and must not contain harassment, hate, or solicitation.
7. Moderation
Ibrandville moderates club feeds and member conduct. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our community standards. Reports are reviewed in good faith.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if your account poses a risk to the simulation or its members, or as required by law. Lifetime Guild Keys remain valid unless terminated for serious violation of these Terms.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Ibrandville develops. Material changes will be communicated to members. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
